John Desmond Builders has been providing high-end custom construction for residential clients in Connecticut and Westchester County for four decades. Our mission is to provide the highest quality product and craftsmanship while maintaining a competitive price. We use the highest quality materials and craftsmen available for each of our projects. 

Our company was founded in 1965 by John Desmond, and has grown into a family business with the addition of sons, George and Sean. Projects include interior and exterior renovations as well as custom new homes.

We also work directly with owners on design build projects. At least one family member is on the job site every day, assisted by a crew of up to 20 full-time carpenters, foremen and laborers. Most of our employees have been with our company for years. John Desmond Builders provides the best product for the best value, and our clients agree that we "cut no corners and make no substitutions for specified items."
